Operations Training Manager
Reporting to the General Manager Operations - Customer Delivery, the Operations Training Manager will be responsible for the training specification, certification and record requirements within our Ground Operations Teams. This role plays a key part in the overall standard of operational performance and consistency of service delivered to our Customers.
You will be accountable for the central management of all Ground Operations training, ensuring a consistent and qualitative approach to our operational performance in accordance with legislation and company requirements. By working closely with the General Manager and Trainers, you will also ensure that all Ground Operations training material is current and in line with company and legal requirements. Ensuring a consistent approach to standard operating procedures, the service delivery and overall Customer experience will also be a key responsibility for this position.
You will also support the central control of the station training records in line with company and regulatory requirements whilst also coordinating the training schedules to meet the operational and legal requirements. In order to maintain consistency, you will also coordinate the design and development of all Ground Operations training material with the associated trainers. Liaising closely with other Teams, you will also support recruitment initiatives through our in house applicant tracking systems and referencing processes.
In order to be successful in applying to this role, you will be a self starter with proven experience within a Training role and have solid experience within a Ground Operations environment. Leading by example, you will also have the ability to demonstrate excellence in Customer Service and possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
Although this role is based at our Head Office at LBA, this role will require some travel to other areas of the business.
