Procure Plus is an increasingly expanding not for profit Regeneration Company based in Old Trafford.We are a consortium of Social housing providers primarily with stock in the North West but also working in partnership under the Re:allies collaboration in the North of England.

A vibrant, dynamic organisation with a commitment to continuous improvement and flexibility within our workforce, we are now looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.

As Project Coordinator you will support the Procure Plus community in the delivery of construction projects using our in-house IT systems.You will also be involved in the mini-competition process, collating information and create reports that reflect your findings.

We are looking for candidates with construction knowledge coupled with strong communication and customer service skills able to provide advice, guidance and proactive project management support to our clients, contractors and suppliers. Flexible and resourceful, you must be able to prioritise and organise your own workload, demonstrating effective decision making to ensure queries and issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.

An understanding of procurement framework rules and regulations would also be an advantage.
