We are looking for a restaurant manager for an award winning Gastro Pub. This is a fantastic opportunity working with an award winning chef that produces food to 2 AA level. You will be a flexible, hands-on person that can work well within a team with fantastic inter-personal skills. This position would suit someone who has a passion to work and is a self-motivated and enjoys working with people.

As Restaurant Manager you will:

Lead, train and motivate staffWork closely with The Head ChefDeliver exceptional service at all times Ensure effective communication occurs throughout the team and between all departments Work to obtain an AA Rosette accreditationHave a minimum of 2 years experience as Restaurant Manager
