A Life with a View is seeking to appoint a Sales Manager to develop what we envisage will become a small team of people toworkwith the directors of A Life with a View.
The person sought will manage the Manchester Office and will develop sales across the collection of brands A life with a View represents. The successful candidate will make and develop relationships with retail businesses, heritage and specialist organisations. The candidate will workcloselywith clients including buyers and designers to guide and expand sales of existing brand collections and will be instrumental in new product development with appropriate brands.
Required:Excellentoffice administration skillsA confident telephone mannerExcellent writing skills, sales maintained by email and letter.Proven sales experience, ideally in the luxury sectorDesire to travel to clientsAn ability to work in specialised environments including, cathedrals, galleries, museums and heritage sites, universities and public bodiesAn ability to work with specialist retailersDesired:Knowledge of European languages,althoughmostbusiness is conducted in English.Knowledgeof buying in the UK SectorAn ability to identify and source new brands to be added to the company's portfolio.
