Imperial Tobacco UK (ITUK) is financially the most important market within the Group, last year producing a profit which equated to 20 of the Groups overall operating profit. Imperial Tobacco UK has two out of the top three brands in the UK market.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Team Manager based in Bristol, reporting to the Sales Support Manager. This role has been proven to provide excellent development opportunities, with previous incumbents securing high profile roles across the commercial arena. The successful candidate will leave their mark on the company by driving genuine operational change throughout the sales function.
The Sales Support Development Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Lead, develop and set direction for the Sales Support Development team, ensuring continuous improvement of the teams effectiveness. Foster a high performing culture through understanding of, and assistance in the delivery of ITUK targets, share objectives and KPIs.Proactively deliver on areas of improvement for account spend and budget planning and tracking.Manage the ISV tracking process, including analysis and evaluation of MPI/Budget activity.Work collaboratively with IT. Trade Marketing and Insights & Business Planning to drive systems changes on behalf of the sales function.Maintain ITUKs back office CRM solution, ensuring a complete and efficient support package is in place at all times.Be a driver of process change across the entire Sales Support Function, pro-actively identifying ideas and opportunities for continuous improvements and encourage others to think likewise in order to increase efficiency.Maintain and review departmental procedures including all business SLAs, ensuring best practise is utilised.Represent the department in all Systems and Financial project related work.The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
