We are actively recruiting a Customer Service Representative ideally someone who has worked for an International company.You will be required to deal with incoming customer queries, liaising with internal departments, processing customer orders using SAP software and you will be also be required to resolve customer complaints.
You will have an excellent telephone manner, experience of processing orders and effective handling of customer queries or complaints.
The role is on a temporary basis initially for four weeks.
Hourly rate 6.50 per hour
