The Role

This is a junior software tester role and as such we are looking for one to two year's experience in software testing as you will be mentored by a senior tester. You will be working on the financial modules of a multi-module ERP system that is constantly evolving so any financial experience would be welcomed.

Your duties will include:
* Creation of test plans and test execution
* Liaise with QA team, Developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers
* Adhere to best practice standards in the QA team and its process
* Identify, analyse and document defects found during test execution
* Execute detailed / automated system level test scripts

Key experience required:
* One to two year's testing experience (functional, regression, integration and system)
* Good communicator (verbal and written). Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work well in a team
* A willingness to learn is essential
* Pays attention to detail
* Analytical and problem solving capacity
* Preferably experience in the Financials industry

Nice to have: (Not Essential)
* Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile methodologies
* ISTQB/ISEB level of certification
* Experience of Test Automation & scripting

Education/Training/Work Experience
* Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, computer science, other field relevant to our core business (e.g. manufacturing, finance) or equivalent work experience.
* Quality Assurance experience with database applications, client-server applications, APIs, or web based applications.
