Our client is a national operator of hotels with spas and has exceptional standards and an excellent reputation. They are now looking to recruit a spa general manager at one of their exclusive facilities based in Bristol.
MAIN OBJECTIVES:
To uphold the core value of our our clients facilities....
Responsible for: Sales, Marketing, Retention, Operational Standards, Personnel & Development, Customer Service and Profitability of the Spa.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)Responsible for generating and implementing Sales & Marketing activity, to ensure that membership enquiries are maintained and Treatment Room Occupancy is maximised.
2)To increase Membership Levels whilst ensuring that categories are closely controlled so that there is no detriment to current users.
3)To ensure that the levels of customer service and operational standards set out buy the Group Spa Director and General Manager are delivered to a high standard to aid member and guest retention.
4)To increase Room Occupancy in Spa Treatments through maximising local business opportunities, Spa breaks, external room rental agreements and managing 3rd Party Websites.
5)Responsible for the financial performance of the Spa, ensuring that finance and control procedures are implemented to deliver, sales targets, COS & wage percentages, overheads and departmental profit.
6)Responsible for, in conjunction with the Group Spa Director and Hotel General Manager, the personnel and training of Spa & Spa Treatment staff.
The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 1 years spa management experience ideally within a 4* facility or above, however this is not essential. You must be a strong people manager and very driven to achieve sales targets and exceptional service standards.
