Telemarketing Professional

Purpose of Job

The role involves generating qualified meetings for account managers throughout the UK. The position forms the primary key function of the sales process. The company views telemarketing as an integral part of the organisation as the majority of new business generation will come through this process.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Working on specific campaigns with targeted messaging and marketing materials to support you to achieve your goal of booking qualified meetings.

-Updating and enriching the companys CRM system throughout the calling process;

-Produce the required reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;

-Calling is on a B2B basis and you are expected to make in the region of 100 calls / day and book 1 qualified lead per day.

-Gain a basic understanding of the products & services through training that is provided. There is no requirement to achieve full technical understanding or certification, as that is the responsibility of sales and service departments.

-Manage your time effectively and efficiently;

-Punctuality is of paramount importance.

-Represent yourself in a professional and positive manner

Candidate

The ideal candidate should have experience of telemarketing. Industry experience is not essential as all product and service training is extensive. The candidate should be enthusiastic, sound professional when speaking with customers and have an ambition to succeed in a target driven environment. There is career progression available for the right individual.

Managing Director Iconic Telemarketing Limited

Working Hours

Position is a full time permanent contract. Hours of work are Monday Friday 09:00 17:30 with a one hour lunch break.

Salary

18,000 Basic + commission. OTE 27,000

Probation

The role carries a 6 month probation period.
