BG Insurance is an Independant Insurance Broker established for over 30 years, still growing and currently employingover 60 staff.

We are looking to recruit Telesales Advisors with proven telesales or field sales experience.

Our Telesales Advisorsdeal with quotations and leads resulting from our presence on the major comparison sites, converting into new business and hitting achievable targets.

All applicants must possess a minimum of 4 GCSE's including Maths and English at Grade C or above, be computer literate and live locally as we endeavour to employ staff from Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area.
