An opportunity has arisen for an experienced worker who is able to work effectively at the interface between health, social care and voluntary/charity services.

This specialist post is funded by Salford & Trafford Headway (reg. Charity) and provides a service to both residents of Salford and Trafford and the surrounding North West area.

Experience in working with vulnerable adults with complex needs is essential for this post.Good team working skills are vital.The successful candidate will have an awareness of the implications of ABI and disability for individuals, their families and carers and will understand the importance of day centre services and the support it can provide for this vulnerable client group.

Salford & Trafford Headway run Headway House opening three days per week with a fourth day planned for the near future.
