3rd line infrastructure support analyst required for a leading media company. We are currently looking for an expert in 3rd line support working with Windows 2003 / 2008 Server and Windows 7 with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Exchange 2007 / 2010. Knowledge and experience of Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop with Thin Client Technology

Desired 3rd line infrastructure support skills also require experience o f HP Chassis / Blade based server technology running vSphere. A good understanding of LeftHand SAN Technology and SCCM.

Also good 3rd line infrastructure knowledge & experience of security related systems, such as Cisco Firewalls, Proxy Servers, Familiar with Blackberry devices and BES Server administration also.
