A leading investment bank seeks a Structured Capital Markets Analyst.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

Analysing and researching all aspects of proposed transactions with regard to commercial, economic, accounting, tax and regulatory considerations

Preparing pitch books for client presentations

Attending client meetings

Modelling the economic benefits of proposed transactions

Liaising with the firms internal functions to determine the applicable treatment of proposed transactions and reviewing and negotiating legal documentation

Executing and implementing transactions

Monitoring and following up existing transactions

Skills and Experience:

Demonstrable professional experience, for example in a Big 4 environment preferably within a tax or corporate finance areaExperience in analysing and researching transactions having regards to commercial, economic, accounting, tax and regulatory considerationsExperience of reviewing and negotiating legal documentation to determine applicable treatment of proposed transactionsExcellent academic history consisting of high performance at both school and universityExcellent communication skills with a demonstrable ability to clearly articulate complex and inter-connected conceptsSelf driven and confident with strong relationship management skillsStrong problem solving and maths skills
