Based in South West London, our client is a highly innovative Social Marketing Agency who creates first class marketing and socially focused campaigns to a broad range of clients to deliver brand or social impact for clients whilst benefiting education and schools at the same time. They are now looking for a confident and experienced Account Director to recruit, manage and lead their team.

< p>Working closely with the Chief Executive, the Account Director will win, develop and implement effective consumer and schools marketing campaigns. You will lead the management of relationships with clients and the delivery of brand marketing campaigns, lead pitches and support the development of new business opportunities, introduce and manage a combination of short-term and long-term clients and support continual development and improvement of our clients work, skills and the understanding of the marketing relationships between schools and consumers.

The successful candidate will have solid experience in an agency side client management role, within a full service marketing agency. You will be confident and result focused with excellent team management skills and high level presentation skills. Experience and skills in the education sector, digital and new media or corporate social responsibility would be a bonus but is not essential.
