Netbooster, one of the most exciting digital agencies in Europe, is looking for an Affiliate Manager to manage existing UK affiliate clients, and lead the development of this offering in the future. This is a varied, exciting and challenging role for an affiliate manager who is looking to build their career and deliver world-quality client service.

As a leading UK full service digital marketing agency we offer services such as search engine optimisation, pay-per-click advertising, display advertising, social media, affiliate marketing and analytics for a wide range of clients including many household names

Salary:circa 30,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits (see below)

Start Date: May 2012

Contract: Permanent, full time contract subject to satisfactory completion of a 12 week probationary period, after which there is a 3 month notice period.

Outline: The key responsibility is to manage a number of high profile clients, whilst supporting the business in winning new affiliate business from the current client base and new clients. Your responsibilities as the key Affiliate Manager will include:

Build and maintain relationships with key clients, across a mix of sectorsGrowing relationships with the appropriate networks Maintaining good dialogue with key publishers to safeguard performanceGrow revenues from new clients

Skills:You will be a resilient and vibrant personality, but underpinned with strong numeracy and analytic skills. You will have a proven track record of client management, building effective relationships and growing affiliate programmes. As the pioneer for affiliate marketing in the UK, you will be a self-starter, and ready for a challenge! You have learned the ropes, and are now ready to make your mark.

You will come with the following:

At least 2 years affiliate/partnership marketing experienceSubstantial knowledge of the affiliat e publisher landscape and their different business modelsCompetent at using different network interfaces (AWin, TradeDoubler etc)Basic html skills highly desirable Account management and business development experience in affiliate spaceUnderstanding of lead generation, CPA, hybrid dealsStrong demonstrable negotiation skills for working with both clients and publishersStrong understanding of online marketing mixAn understanding of tracking technologiesExceptional communication skillsAny 2nd European language a plus
