We currently have an opportunity for a Vendor Accounts Clerk in our Customer Accounts team based in our New Bond Street office.

Your role will involve generating vendor statements, payment runs, bank transfers and cheque runs.Dealing with client queries and tracing bank transfers promptly.Amending tax entries where necessary, raising extra charges and dealing with client payment details.

Your role will also include processing allowance claims, sale adjustments and assisting the Senior Vendor Accounts Clerk on a daily basis with chasing vendor debts etc.Other ad-hoc duties for our UK and overseas br anches will also be required.

Excellent spoken and written skills are essential with strong attention to detail.You will have at least one year experience in an accounts department, with advanced skills in Excel and Word.You know how to prioritise and are happy to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
