Golden Tours is currently looking for an experienced ASP.NET Developer having solid VB.NET

(or C) skills to work on their challenging and complex web-based enterprise level projects built on Microsoft technologies. The candidate should have full project life cycle experience demonstrating strong knowledge of SQL Serv er and stored procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpreting business requirements and technical specification documents

- Software Development - coding to technical specifications

- Data Analysis & Database Applications

- Integrating web applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers

- Investigate, analyse and document reported defects

- Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects

- Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses

- Create and maintain techn ical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.

- Perform related duties as assigned

- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Skill Set, Knowledge & Ability:

- ASP.NET programming experience, preferably gained on complex multi-tier web-based business applications

- Knowledge and experience of following: ASP.NET C, VB.NET, MVC, SQL Server,, Microsoft Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery XML, AJAX

- Knowledge of database architecture and design

- Good experience in supporting, modifying and maintaining systems and code developed by o thers

- Working knowledge of using version control and bug tracking systems

- Experience in project-based and team-focused working practices

- Flexible attitude

- Maintaining personal effectiveness, embracing challenging deadlines, change and complex problem solving, approaching tasks with motivation and commitment
