We are looking for a Branch Manager tolead our two man branch in Dartford.

Job Purpose:

The Branch Manager will drive day to day growth, develop and manage customer relationships and maintain high standards of branch presentation and service within the hub.

Job Responsibilities:

Represent the company and values (HSSness) of the business and portray a professional and businesslike image to all customers, potential customers and other peop le you meet in the course of your work.

Ensure all locations are maintained to our 360 degreebrand

Be a key driver in serious about safety by leading from the front

Lead by example and coach, motivate and train staff

Strive to exceed targets for sales, customer service, debt and branch standards

Embrace sales campaigns and generate leads for the sales teams

Work closely with the Branch Service Manager and Operations Manager to ensure necessary stock status accuracy and availability to achieve customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures and processes

Promote cooperation and teamwork between colleagues working in local satellite branches.

Use knowledge of local market, competition, and customers to influence the way we do business.

Actively develop and manage strong customer re lationships over the phone and in person

Be responsive to customer enquiries and complaints, resolving efficiently and courteously

Seek out, identify and seize new sales opportunities

Encourage team work and promote training and development of staff

Motivate staff to recognise, appreciate and fulfil individual customer needs.

Minimise customer debt by ensuring accuracy of invoicing and assist with dispute resolution

Regularly review teams performance and develop needs ensuring appropriate support is actioned.

Achieve and maintain stock levels and availability

Carry out other tasks and duties as required.
