This award winning consultancy are currently seeking an APC level Building Surveyor to join their existing team in West London.

Working under a director, you will provide professional and project consultancy advice to a commercial clients in the ThamesValley region. Current work includes projects for Siemens, BritishLand and Aviva.

The role will provide you with full exposure to enable you to complete your APC includi ng:

Dilapidations Building Surveys Contract Administration

The ideal candidate for this role will be:

Building Surveying degree with 2:1 or above In the process of studying your APC with 12 months diary completedExposure to professional and project areas Private consultancy background
