CLoSE UK are a rapidly growing Quantity Surveying Consultancy based in North Buckinghamshire but with offices in the North of England and in London. Whilst providing the full range of Quantity Surveying support services, we have been particularly successful in growing our business in the Social Housing and Government Agency sectors.

An impressive list of existing clients combined with the recent acquisition of new contracts to go through 2012 and beyond has produced the need for us to add to our talented team of Surveyors, and we are seeking to add a Building Surveyor to work on the specialist work we are picking up in that field.

The successful candidate will be able to manage repair projects, carry out both internal and external surveys, produce detailed scopes of works and estimates, carry out site visits and provide progress reviews. Ideally, you will be from a maintenance/repairs background with knowledge of the Social Housing sector.

The ideal candidates will be highly motivated and able to work in a pressured and successful environment. They will also demonstrate our core values of working well with others, professionalism, adaptability, effective communication, drive and initiative.

Successful candidates will primarily be based in London, but will also need to be willing to work from our Head Office in Buckingham.

Salary range for this role is 25 - 30K. Other potential benefits can be discussed at interview.
