Job Summary
Working with the area manager you be managing a team responsible for the delivery of community based care in line with company policy, and current legislation. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to your future success.

Area ManagerKey Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the management of both office staff and community care workers to ensure that a high standard of care is delivered. You will need to use KPI's to monitor and motivate your team to ensure that both your team and yourself achieve company targets. You wil also need to use your proven communication and care management skills to enable you to lead your team whilst developing excellent and productive relationships with care staff, service users and key business contacts.
Skills & Experience
Our ideal candidate will have a strong care and people management background, where achieving and maintaining quality standards are critical. Experienceof management within a care setting is essential along with strong written and verbal comunication skills.
Qualifications
NVQ level 3 in in a health or social care subject is preferred, although GCSE grade C (or equivalent) is essential
