A well respected main contracting business delivering projects throughout London & the South East on projects typically ranging from 2m to 10m across the Public and Private sectors.

Delivering Design & Build, Retained Facade schemes the client is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to assume operational responsibility for circa 3 schemes running concurrently, at various stages of the build process.

Commercially astute, comfortable working closely with clients and with a high regard for health and safety, you will also possess a stable employment history as a Contracts Manager with established and reputable main contractors.

Projects are located throughout London and whilst you will be required to visit sites as and when required you will currently be residing in a location where you can commute to the office, located in Hertfordshire, close to the M25.

Salary for this position is competitive and negotiable. This is a strategic appointment and securing the right candidate is imperative to allow business growth to continue.
