A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Enterprise large sales team for client business manager. The Enterprise Business unit is an essential and core part of our strategy, we are achieving great results in this area and have a bold plan to further increase our performance it couldnt be a more exciting time to join us! You will be homebased, however it is expected that 90 of your time will be spent with clients in central London.



Role Purpose
Proactive management and development of assigned Strategic accounts within the Legal, Finance, Professional Services and Media Sector. Managing an existing portfolio of high value priority accounts. The Client Business Manager (CBMs) will need to successfully manage the current base whilst selling additional products and services into these customers. Minimising churn and maximising revenues to achieve key growth performance indicators. The CBM appointed will need to display exceptional sales and objection-handling skills to ensure their customers have the best business experience.



Technical / Professional Expertise



Essential:
Extensive experience of successfully delivering sales solutions to a target within a B2B corporate environment.
Demonstrable record of over-achievement against target in an account management role within a corporate environment.
Previous experience of engaging and operating at all levels to drive through sales in the corporate market place.
Face to face customer engagement experience within a corporate environment at all levels.
Commercial acumen and sound business understanding
Competent IT skills- Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Presentable and articulate.
A full UK driving license.



Desirable:
Experience in complex solution based sales, comprising of mobile and IT technologies
?Knowledge of Vodafones core products and services



Typical Outputs
To be an ambassador for the Vodafone Way of Selling and exhibit behaviour in line with the Enterprise Sales Principles and Corporate Charter.
Develop account penetration and appropriate solution mix with each of the nominated accounts in the portfolio.
Lead and participate in virtual project teams, to deliver end-to-end solutions in nominated accounts
Delivery of the Account Plans, hence breadth & complexity of solution
Customer Satisfaction achieve customer satisfaction targets
Achieve Churn rate targets in line with business guidelines and retain customer accounts
Reduce cost to retain customer through formulating effective commercial strategies for re-signs.
To be able to interpret management information and forecast effectively on run rate / pipelines.
