My client a leading logistics provider is urgently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for their Air Import function. Your role is to liaise with the branch customers and manage all asp ects of customer service to include liaison with customers during shipment processing. You will act as the interface between the customer and the processing centre, liaise with the processing centre for all back office processes and you will be responsible for all customer engagement.
You have demonstrable experience of working in a similar customer service role in a Logistics / Freight Forwarding environment. You have proven experience of effectively handling customer complaints and the ability to build friendly and positive relationships through your influential style to gain intimate knowledge of the customer's needs. You have good computer skills and a good level of numeracy with the ability to solve problems.
