EMEA VP HR

An entrepreneurial, fast growth US technology firm are looking to hire an exceptional EMEA VP HR to join the organisation as it continues exponential global expansion.
In this newly created role, you will operate as a trusted business partner to the EMEA Senior Vice President and executive management team ensuring HR are aligned to current and future EMEA growth targets.
Acting as the thought leader for HR strategies in line with the growth of the EMEA business, you will design and implement policies and procedures to enable, and develop and c hampion new HR initiatives that will drive organisational change in order to maximise the use of human capital. You will also develop and implement the EMEA businesses performance and talent management framework building leadership capability and culture and have responsibility for reward and recognition, resourcing, employee relations and engagement.
Finally, youll also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that develop and retain the businesses top talent and work closely with the EMEA SVP providing thought leadership and influence on global synergies and organisation design.
The critical nature of this role means you must have experience leading and developing an international HR function within the technology sector. Naturally, you will have expertise in organisation development and change in entrepreneurial environments and have an innovative, pragmatic and commercial approach to reflect the cultural dynamics of an organisation experienci ng growth.
Youll also have the intellectual dexterity to translate strategy into practical HR programs and initiatives and create and develop a culture of engagement whilst making a considerable contribution to the success and design of the EMEA organisation.
