The role is for proven and experienced degree educated Engineering Manager to join a busy London office and take on the challenge of leading a skilful team that will oversee the facilities management of hard services across a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, residential and retail properties across the S.East.

You will be responsible for the Contractor Audits: Life Cycle Reports: Condition Reports: Asset Registers: Project Management, with the potential to develop within the role and build a strong engineering division throughout the UK a nd building services as well as taking on full financial responsibility within your division.

The opportunity is for somebody who is seeking to manage and lead a strong team that can work closely to deliver a quality and high calibre service that incorporates consultancy and management strategies and is accommodating to the owner, clients, tenants and subcontractors.

You will have proven engineering consultant experience working for an engineering or multidisciplinary consultancy or managing agent. Ideally a member of BIFM or Engineering Association and also degree qualified.
