My Client based in London are currently looking to recruit an experienced Field Sales Executive/Account Manager to sell their brand of telecommunication products.
The position is for a proactiveField Based Telecoms Sales Agent, who acts as the point of contact for customer(s) within the local SME market.He/she is responsible for delivering against targets, as well as engaging with others to deliver customer requirements as necessary.
The role:
Typically responsible for a number of small - med ium sized accounts, or in some instances, as the single point of contact for larger clientsPoint of contact for customersMeeting customers face-to-face, in order to get to know and understand their businessActively building and developing relationships with customersAdvising customers on the best solutions to help them make the most out of information and communication technologyProactively selling the companys extensive product portfolio to customers Responsible for meeting challenging sales targets through pro-actively selling products and services to business customersMeeting customers' future needs and guiding them through the changes towards converged solutionsTo ensure customer satisfaction, including prompt dealing with customer complaints or concernsDevelop a good knowledge and understanding of the product and service portfolio, for example, telephone system technologies including VOIP, convergent voice and data systems, broadband, I.T, mobile and dataTo maintain kno wledge of, and report upwards on, new developments in the market place, especially with regard to accounts and prospects.About the Person:
An experienced field sales professional
Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets
Telecoms/IT experience
