We currently have an opportunity for a junior Level Associate to join our highly regarded Intellectual Property team (IP), based in our London office.

Our IP team totals more than 100 partners, associates, trademark attorneys and patent attorneys across our offices in London, Reading, Madrid, Munich and Berlin The team deals with the protection and enforcement of intellectual property, including trademark, design and patent filings, intellectual property transactional work and in tellectual property litigation. We are the only full service UK law firm to combine patent attorneys and trademark attorneys with solicitors in this way. The teams ability to put together the right skill set for each particular client has proved a winning formula with notable successes in the courtroom and a growing list of clients.

The successful candidate will have at least three years' post qualification experience gained from a highly ranked practice. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the life sciences sector, ideally with some knowledge and experience gained in the regulatory aspects of pharmaceutical and device approvals. The role will primarily be contentious although there are opportunities to also get involved in non-contentious matters. Candidates with a life science qualification would be ideal but are not essential.
