Must have experience at Head Chef level

Used to dealing with high volumes and a fast pace

Be able to lead your team from the front and by example

Have a proven track reco rd of managing large teams

Be passionate food

You must genuinely enjoy the industry

Be financially astute and be able to hit targets.

Know how to maximise profitability within the kitchen

The salaries like the portions are generous, up to 30,000 plus an extra 3000 on top as a bonus if targets are met.
