Must have experience at sous chef or senior chef de partie level

Used to dealing with high volumes and a fast pace

Be able to lead your team from the front and by example

Have a proven track record of managing teams

Be passionate food

You must genuinely enjoy the industry

Be financially astute and be able to hit targets.

Be able to take charge of the kitchen when the head chef is not there.

The salaries like the portions are generous, up to 25,000 plus benefits.
