This Global Financial Services organisation is seeking a Head of Financial Crime to join their expanding Governance function.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant Financial Crime regulatory requirements are understood adhered to by the business. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures in regards to Financial Crime and developed and embedded effectively. You will also provide advice and guidance to the business in terms of potential improvements to business processes from a Financial Crime perspective.

The right person for this role will have extensive Financial Crime experience gain ed from a regulated Financial Services environment. A strong understanding of current and upcoming Financial Crime regulation and requirements is essential. Due to nature of the role strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

This role is paying up to 110,000 + benefits + bonus.
