Windows Desktop Support / Systems Administrator (Windows 7, VPN). Award winning software house that provide a suite of complex real-time software applications to the shipping industry is seeking a bright, enthusiastic and ambitious Windows Desktop Support Engineer. You will work closely with the senior systems administrator, initially on Desktop Support of 50 Windows 7 desktops, remote users via VPN, video conferencing and the Avaya IP phone system. You will then receive training to move onto a Systems Administrator position (Windows Server 2003 / 2008, AD, DNS).

Requirements:

*Bright, keen and motivated
*Experience in a desktop support role within a small company
*Keen to learn and gain new skills, particularly around Systems Administration and Virtualisation
*Experience of managing a company's phone systems
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Degree educated
