The Internal Communications Advisor role
This is a brilliant opportunity for you to help make an important contribution to a national charity, helping make sure that all our people are informed, engaged and inspired. As a key mem ber of our Internal Communications team, youll help keep everyone updated on the progress were making towards our vital objectives.
From writing and editing our intranet, emails and newsletter, to devising communications plans, co-ordinating internal surveys, researching news stories and managing internal events its a varied role. Youll also provide administrative support, including organising meetings and minute taking.
Finally, well look to you to act as our communications and brand expert, answering queries from across the organisation. A real champion for communications, youll work closely with other departments and teams to help them get their message across clearly, developing a network of contacts who can help you spread important messages and information.
The skills youll need
You will need to be an experienced and brilliant Copywriter, with the ability to adapt your style to suit your audience. You also have strong editing and proofreading s kills.
Youve worked in a communications environment before, and have a strong understanding of the difference they can make within an organisation. Finally, you have the ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels, developing highly productive networks across the charity.
