We seek someone who learns quickly, is innovative, strongly self-motivated and takes great pleasure in establishing strong business relationships.

The successful candidate will have a broad technical background and solid experience in the following skills:

- Windows Server 2008

- Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010

- Active Directory

- Terminal Servers

- VMWare

- Desktop Support

- Experie nced in using backup software

- Networking protocols including TCP/IP

The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following:

- Helpdesk and incident management

- Providing onsite and remote support

- PC and server configuration

- Firewall configuration and troubleshooting

- Daily system checks including backup monitoring and reporting

- Experience configuring mail on Blackberry, Smart Phones and PDAs

- Liasing with ISPs, hosting companies and other vendors
