We are an independent Recruitment Agency in Wimbledon looking for someone to join our friendly team. Ideally you will have worked within recruitment (Temps or Perms) or will have solid office based sales/account handling experience. However, the key qualities required for this role are the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates and offer a genuinely professional service. You will need to be tenacious and have a true desire to do well. You will appreciate that a candidate has taken time out to come in and register and in return you will endeavour to help them find a suitable role. You will need to be very comfort able picking up the phone in order to establish yourself within the area and encourage clients to place their trust in you.

We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and loyal person who welcomes the opportunity to literally run their own business as you can get so much from Recruitment if you are willing to go the extra mile. There is no magic formula, just plain hard work, common sense and initiative!
