A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity has arisen to work for Go Native as we host our own Olympic Villages for those working on the games. We are seeking two experienced and knowledgeable candidates to manage security and accommodation across our central London portfolio, looking after the facilities, client hospitality and night to night running of our sites.
Our clients and guests are important to us; you must have su perior customer service skills and be able to think on your feet with a smile on your face! This is an exciting project for Go Native and we need people who can make it succeed, we have a work hard-play hard attitude and you will be well rewarded during your time with us - including meals, attendance bonus and travel costs.
You will have a minimum of two years experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or security industry, preferably client facing and with experience in housekeeping or facilities management over night. Those coming from a hotel, residential and block management, facilities or hospitality security background will all be considered.
You must have high standards and plenty of energy, this is not a 9 5 job and will consist of shifts that run through the night. We anticipate this working in a four on four off rota.
Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate reception function across all sites during the night
< p style="">Co-ordinate security function across the portfolio, liaising with onsite providers where appropriate.Arrivals & Departures including Meet and Greet Services
Check in Requirements, Key Production and Allocation
Pre and End Stay Inspections Departures to be checked that Guest has left, Pre Stay checks once cleaning has been completed where necessary.
Serviced Apartment Planned Maintenance Inspections when necessary.
Contractor Access / Meetings that require attendance during the night shift.
In conjunction with the OOM, you will ensure site team and contractors compliance with site access, Health and Safety procedures including site inductions and vehicle deliveries.
After training, hold responsibility for site keys and fire alarm monitoring.
Develop and manage strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders (both internal & external) as required.
Develop and integrate hospitality programme contingency planning.
In liaison with the Olympics Operations Manager manage staffing and scheduling across all sites.
Assist with training of assistants and administrators.
Be responsible for the security of the sites over night.
Be the first site contact for emergencies.
Responsible for the escalation crisis procedures.
Be confident travelling to other sites in case of emergency call outs.
SIA licence an advantage.
Registered First Aid certificate an advantage.
Full clean drivers licence/motorbike licence an advantage.
