It is essential you have international vendor experience. Our client is heavily regulated and has 3 audits per year (must have experience with this). You will be managing a team of 5.Provide timely and quality assistance for operational and product development and consulting on services functional disciplines utilising our clients policy guidelines and in accordance wi th key performance measures and ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Position Summary:Responsible for the oversight of unit administering the implementation, preparation, processing,and maintenance of membership, billing, and other benefit plan information of both new andcurrent members.Manages cross-functional team of professionals (including third-party vendors) overseeingbusiness processes associated with billing and accounts receivable activities, membership, plan set-up, plan documents (certificate of Insurance, Policy Wording and Plan Sponsor Specific Contracts) installation, cash control and general administration of account management Develops, trains, evaluates and coaches staff to provide cost effective decisions within Plan Sponsor Services, while ensuring operating standards are met; continually assesses individual and team performance (including third-party vendors) against key business objectives and provides candid and timely developmental feedbackO versees the relationship and performance of third-party vendor Plan Sponsor Services teams, ensuring seamless hand-off points between onshore and offshore processesUnder the general direction of senior management, implements strategic and tactical plans in support of achieving targeted business objectives related to customer satisfaction, superior account management and cost effective service delivery.Ensures policy and procedures associated with post implementation and on-going benefitadministration services satisfy regulatory compliance requirements (FSA, TCF and HAAD)Establishes and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with clients, other functional area managers, other cross regional or inter-departmental areas to ensure all processes and workflow interdependencies are identified and addressed accordingly on an on-going basisInfluences new membership growth and existing membership retention by implementing strategic member services or plan sponsor service initia tivesMonitors and reports on customer satisfaction, quality assurance, audits, performance measures, 2 and continuous process improvementIdentifies and analyzes the impact from both upstream and downstream contributors to problems, and then partners extensively across business functions to proactively resolve developing service delivery issuesMay act as the single point-of-contact for field sales, brokers, plan sponsors, and otherinternal/external parties throughout the case installation process; identifies and interprets plan sponsor benefit plan needs/requirements and takes appropriate action to avoid potential problems and ensure seamless plan integrationEmploys rigorous financial and value based analysis to manage and enhance departmentprofitability
