Job Description

Provide specialist advice, knowledge and thought leadership to disseminate continuous improvement methodology and best practices and to deliver process

Optimisation projects successfully across the different divisions within Experian organisation.

Carry out major portions of complex projects with minimal direction and supervision, achieving predetermine d quality and economic targets

Execute roll out of the BMS / KPI methodology across UKI and EMEA

Identify process synergies and efficiencies across the several business lines, corporate functions.

Ensure KPI alignment to strategy and continuous improvement of the performance tracking methodology

Key Responsibilities

Change Management

Input to plan and delivery of the roll out of BMS / KPI methodology and system across the region of focus. Improvement of BMS / KPI methodology use.

Thought Leadership / Cross Functional Skills

Play a key role in building relationships and partnerships with interface areas across the region to disseminate process management and continuous improvement culture, as well as to successfully deliver process improvement projects.

Teamwork/Staff Development

Carry out assigned work to meet time, quality and cost targets/deadlines

Prepare realistic estimates for proposals

Encourage and coach/mentor junior team members

Practice Development:

Ensure personal knowledge base in specialist area is fully maintained, participate in team discussions and training to ensure dissemination.

Must be self-motivated and disciplined. Able to work on own initiative.

Consulting capability

Gathers data and information in a structured and consistent manner to solve problems and meet project objectives

Manages analytical work through the team to support process improvement projects.

Provides subject matter expertise and thought leadership on the impacts of process across the business.

Plays a leading role in process design and review.

Plays a leading role in the development and sharing of best practices in process management.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Degree educated with post-graduate process management qualification

Lean Six Sigma

Process mapping and review

Balanced Score card (BSC)

Consultative skills. Ability to quickly identify process improvement opportunities and obtain senior management buy in.

A high level understanding in using Process Management tools and SharePoint,

At least one additional language (Preferably Spanish, German, French or Italian).

Previous experience in process management.

Previous experience in leading process improvement projects.
