My client is very much looking for someone with a history of outstanding rent arrears collection and they provide a very consultative-based service, intent on maximising benefits in order to reduce arrears.

Duties include:

* Providing an effective income collection service across a patch of properties.
* Effectively managing and resolving resident c ontact logged through the contact centre.
* Providing advice, support and information to customers ensuring that income collection is maximised, applying a customer first approach when dealing with colleagues and customers.

This is very much an opportunity for a very enthusiastic and motivated individual not necessarily from an income or rent arrears background.
