Process Owner

As part of the TalkTalk Group, consumer operations are seeking a Process Owner to own customer transaction processes from end to end.The Process owner will take full ownership of the process including defining and delivering improvements, adherence and achieving process performance.
Based in our Shepherds Bush office, London, the Transformation Director is looking for an experienced Process Owner with knowledge of process re-engineering and business process frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Scope an d define KPIs for the customer transaction process Monitor business performance against KPIs Initiate change through process methodology and re-engineering Manage the implementation of process improvements, including the co-ordination of cross functional teamsEssential skills:
