Introduction:

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead numerous Transition projects through to completion. Our client is a world leading organisation in the medical sector undergoing huge and dynamic expansion with products sold globally.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Transition / Programme Director and working closely with the Executive team and stakeholde rs throughout the companyTo lead projects across the Transition programme including Buildings / location, Fit out, Technical, R&D.Responsible for drafting the requirements with internal stakeholders as well as deliverables, schedules, timing, budgets etcLiaising with technical and functional specialist as requiredTake full ownership of projects ensuring delivery schedules are metSetting up and leading teams, briefing, managing and resolving problems as they ariseAccountable to make project decisions as well as judge priorities and when to escalate appropriatelyManage the relationship and communication with the business and executive managementProvide monthly progress updates and lead progress meetingsSuccessfully hand over projects to the business achieving approvals, acceptance and governance requirements for the project outputsOverall critical Project Manager to drive the Projects forward ensuring successful completion on time and budget

Candidate Requirements:

Educat ed to Degree levelPMP, PMI, Prince II background preferredAt least 5 years progressive project management experience in a dynamic, fast moving environmentTaken ownership for major / complex projects and successful track record of delivering on time and budgetHighly change management orientatedOutstanding communication and organisational skills Ability to lead and motivate a team through a period of changeGreat attention to detail while maintaining a grip on the bigger pictureSelf-motivated individual able to work in an open environment and deliver without close supervisionExcellent IT skills MS Office
