Our Client based in Berkshire in looking for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join their London based team on a permanent basis. You will work on a diverse range of multi disciplinary projects.

Key responsibilities / duties include:

Planning agreement negotiations (section 106)Cashflow and viability appraisals Market comparable analysis Development agreement negotiationsStrategic land analysis

Capabilities and Qualifications

RICS qualified

Experience of working with both Private and Public sector clients.

Be a positive and enthusiastic team player

The ideal candidates must:

Have proven post qualification experience of 3 years or moreHave valuation background experienceHave experience of working with commercial and residential marketsHave excellent written and oral communication skills Be experience and confident in report writingBe confident to liaise with all levels of management both internally and externallyHave knowledge of development cashflowsHaving knowledge of affordable housing delivery and experience of the planning system is desirable, however not essential

Ideally the applicant will be able to demonstrate their experience, competency and flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
