A new and exciting property consultancy in West London is currently looking for an experienced Property Administrator / Personal Assistant to assist the Company Director to grow and establish the company over the coming years.


The ideal candidate will have some experience as a property administrator covering / supporting both sales, lettings and property management teams, if not general admin experience is essential!

The successful applicant should be able to prove a high level of customer service skills, as well as:

Fluent use of business English, both verbally and in writing.An energetic, fast learning, can-do attitude.Ability to work under pressure.Highly organised.Able to prioritise workload.Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.Computer literate (Specialist Database, word, Excel, Outlook).A high level of personable motivation.Exceptional communication and listening skills.

The main duties of the role will include:

Processing tenancy applications.Use of specialist database.Preparation of standard letters, notices, details and contracts.Liaising with tenants and Clients for repairs, maintenance, tenancy issues etc.Processing invoices to be passed for payment.Dealing with daily correspondence, emails, telephone and personal callers.Placing advertisements.Making appointments.General office duties such as filing, maintaining key systems, web updates etc.Simple data entry / basic bookkeeping

Please note that this is not a comprehensive list, and the position is extremely varied. Some knowledge of building main tenance would be an advantage.

Character:

We are looking for someone with an excellent work ethic; someone who can be tough when required but has exceptional customer services and is meticulous in their organisation.

The role will be supporting a busy Director in his various business activities in a fast paced, busy environment. There will be a large workload so an ability to keep a smile on your face at all times is imperative for the successful candidates.

The position is designed to enable the successful candidate to come on board at this early stage and to develop and grow their position within the company as the company becomes more established, so it is expected that candidates will be able to demonstrate their potential to fill a senior role, within a short period of time.

Package:

All packages would be dependent on the experience of the individual concerned.

Salary: 16k - 22k (depending on experience)

Hours: Mon- Fri (9:00am - 6pm)
