Job Description

Leading International Hotel Revenue Management Solution Provider based in Liverpool Street, requires an experienced Credit Controller to join their small team on a full time basis, for a contract for an initial period of up to four months (with options to extend).

The Role:

1.Support of Multi Currency ledger, with customers based throughout the world.

2.Collection via Phone / email / letter.

3.Liaising with Sales Managers and other departments to resolve potential disputes.

4.Negotiating and Pushing customers for settlement of overdue accounts.

5.Preparing files for outsourcing to collection agency.

6.Sales Ledger analysis Maintaining and analyse AR Reports, providing cash inflow analysis.

Suitable Candidate must be able to demonstrate:-

1.Minimum two years business to business collections for ledger in excess of 200 accounts per month.

2.Ability to negotiate with customers to close debts.

3.Strong telephone manner.

4.Can do attitude to meet specific targets, and manage workflow.

5.Good excel and word skills.

Ideal candidate must also be able to speak / write in English / Spanish and / or Italian (less important).
