Adecco is looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to work with in our Feltham branch. No recruitment experience necessary but you will need to have some sales experience and a strong desire to succeed within a fast paced environment. It is also essential that you are a car driver.

The role requires you to be responsible for growing existing business with regular clients as well as proactively looking for new business opportunities.

Responsibilities -

To achieve prospect activity targets, high quality standards and meet specific client requirements.
Carry out a wide range of sales activity, including cold calling, prospect visits and mail shots.
Prepare sales presentations for clients, promoting Adecco UK as the supplier of choice.
To expand the client base by actively sourcing new business, actively foll owing up on leads and pursuing all sales opportunities.
To match your client and candidate needs and arrange the liaison between them, ensuring both parties have full details
Identification and management of perm vacancies;
Accurate and timely processing of vacancies and candidates;
Conduct telephone screening and competency based first-round interviews to provide relevant shortlists for the business;
Communicate feedback, make offers, etc;
Establishing a service-driven function and responding to feedback in a professional manner
