I'm expanding our 15 strong telesales team and need a Sales Coordinator/Sales Trainer who can work with my Junior Partners in growing the team. You will ideally have had at least 10-15 years of experience in sales or sales support and able to undertake general training of the team as well as some experience in hiring new staff. You need you to have a huge level of experience and a bit of maturity about you.

As a Sales Coordinator/Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for supporting the senior sales team in a whole variety of functions. From Hiring, interviewing, induction training, ongoing training as well as general administration and HR. You'll play a fundamental support role in developing the team.
You'll need a minimum of 10 years experience in working with or as a salesperson. A mastery of English is essential as well as a mastery of Microsoft Office Suite of products.Attention to detailReport the pipeline to the Chief Operating Officer on behalf of the Junior Partners in Sales.Post recruitment ads for new team membersHandle responses and arrange appointments for Junior Partners in Sales.Prepare training materials for induction of new team.Undertake standard parts of the induction training of new sales team.Prepare training materials for ongoing training.Keep training log books up to date.Arrange awards and monthly motivational events.Manage Human Resource tasks for your team working with the Human Resource Manager.Organise travel for sales team.Communicate and interact with marketing, it, client services and progression, lettings, Mortgages as well as the various international businesses and introducers where appropriate.Ensure sales floor environment is motivational and inspiring.Arrange after hours and mornings rosters.Basic repair and maintain office equipmentPrepare desks for new starters.Arrange payroll on a monthly basis.Follow up tasks as set by the COO.Arrange leave coverage.Responsibility for regular training of all team members.Confirm appointments for Senior team and Portfolio Managers.Manage house account clients who have no Property Consultant.Ensure that all commission reports are provided to the appropriate team members on the 15th of each month and submitted with corrections to Finance Department by the 20th.Other tasks as in structed by Junior Partners in Sales.The Next Step Do some research on YPC Group, YourPropertyClub, and my name to get comfortable with us.
