With continued aggressive growth plans in place for 2012 and beyond as we further extend our restaurant portfolio both in the UK and internationally, we are looking for a truly talented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Talent team.
With the above in mind, this is not a role for the faint hearted in that the Talent team is committed to support business growth through the acquisition and development of the very best individuals. This means a clear attraction strategy, solid selection tools, providing a great candidate journey and in all of this securing the very best people ahead of our competitors.
This role will see the successful candidate, taking ownership of the management recruitment process supporting Operations in the recruitment of our Assistant/ Restaurant Managers, and Team members. It will also be supporting our HQ Recruitment Specialist in the recruitment for HQ roles where required, alongside ad-hoc recruitment projects.
As part of this you will be facilitating and co-ordinating assessment centres across the country to ensure that we continue to attract talent to our growing brand while building strong relationships with the key stakeholders within the business. In addition, you will be building strong links with our external suppliers and be responsible for managing and administering the Applicant Tracking System to provide weekly and monthly reports for the senior management team.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a track record of success within a high volume recruitment role that will include experience in both agency and in-house recruitment. You will already be familiar with the use of psychometric tools and will ideally hold at least a Level A testing qualification
Well organised, with good attention to detail, you will be used to using you time effectively to produce the best results and will be used to reporting on standard recruitment metrics and the use of recruitment systems.
