SUMMARY:

Opening for a Senior Account Manager to work for an award winning Medical Education agency based in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager or even an experienced Account Manager to work at this globally renowned agency. Ideally, the candidate will have at least three years agency experience in the healthcare advertising sector.

COMPANY BACKGROUND:

Based in Central London, this global award-winnin g agency is part of WPP the largest communications network in UK. A full service and fully integrated agency offering very clearly defined areas of their business across Medical Communications, PR and Healthcare Advertising.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

To manage, delivery and continually improve the account administration and support to internal and external clients

To financially track all projects and report monthly

To attend appropriate client events and be the key point of contact for all communication for clients and KOLs

To manage all third party suppliers to deliver an outstanding service

To attend all Account Status (ASE) meetings

Client and KOL liaison for specific parts of the project, supporting Client Service Team

To support project management for Advisory panels, Symposia, Congress attendance, 1:1 visits, KOL planning frameworks, Medical Education programmes, KOL identification, KOL briefing

To ensure Client Services Team exceed all clients expectations through developing and executing an outstanding service to both client and KOLS

To ensure all projects deadlines are met , being clear on all details and requirements

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Three to five years experience; experience in medical education environment; advanced English skills; experience managing/supervising staff a bonus; University degree required; excellent communication & presentational skills; strong leadership skills;
