The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of all health and adult social care in England. We regulate health and adult social care services and primary dental care providers, whether they are provided by the NHS, local authorities, private companies or voluntary organizations. In addition, we protect the interests of people detained under the Mental Health Act.
We have an excit ing opportunity to join our team as Senior Business Services Support. This role is to support the coordination and delivery of the functions business programmes and to provide consistent and timely support across the team.
Key Accountabilities include:
Maintenance of information systems and management of inspectorial activity records Processing and cross checking data Arranging and recording minutes of meetings Assimilating and presenting information and reporting on findingsMaintaining management informationCoordinating activities with shared services teams, diverting tasks where necessaryThe successful candidate will have experience in managing competing priorities, excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
