This commercial Real Estate developer is seeking the services of a highly switched on and experienced Senior Cost Manager with proven experience of financial controlling major projects upto 100m in value .

You will be degree qualified and ideally MRICS accredited with a impressive career history ( permanent employment ) ofrepresenting leading construction conglomerates onhigh profilecommercial projects in London .

You will orginate froma strong maincontracting / management contracting background with at least 8 years post qualificatio n experience.
